Fladgate started life in Charing Cross as far back as 1760, and its birthplace as a business is now only a short distance from where all its staff are based.
The company maintains that its latest London office space switch reflects its ambitious plans for the future and its confidence in its position as a specialist provider of corporate, real estate, and litigation-related legal services.
A panoramic view of various prominent London landmarks is described as one of the more positive aspects of Fladgate’s newest office space, which is also considered larger and more modern than the law firm’s previous office base in Mayfair.
“Ours is a story of successful evolution – a track record of good management, of anticipating change and adapting our business accordingly,” commented Charles Wander, head of Fladgate’s corporate operations.
“We believe Great Queen Street will provide an outstanding base from which we can further develop our business,” he added.
Earlier this month, the commercial property investment giant British Land suggested it remained confident about the prospects for demand in London’s rented office space market, particularly in central areas like the West End and the City.
