The offer results from an expansive collaboration involving the non-profit organisation Entrepreneur First and Regus, the world’s largest serviced office space provider.
Entrepreneur First is a graduate scheme for aspiring entrepreneurs. Launched in September 2011, it recruits the UK’s most talented students and supports them for up to two years as they build and grow their businesses.
Entrepreneur First is funded entirely by sponsorship, and they recently announced Regus as one of the latest in-kind partners. Ruben Kostucki, Entrepreneur First cohort 2012 and co-founder of Flavrbox, said, “This is genius! Regus has offices all around the country, which will make our lives a lot easier as we travel to meet suppliers. This is amazing news!”
The essential element of what the initiative offers young British entrepreneurs is six months’ worth of free and unlimited access to Regus’ network of business lounges, of which there are currently close to 1,200 worldwide and around 160 in the UK. In addition to that, the scheme gives fledgling organisations a business address in the form of a virtual office in a desirable location, mail handling and call answering services and the promise of future discounts on Regus services worldwide.
It is hoped that the scheme will give entrepreneurship in the UK a tangible boost in months to come as thousands of start-up companies and their founders promote the benefits of using virtual offices. You can find out more about the latest initiative by visiting Entrepreneur First’s Facebook page or the Regus or Entrepreneur First websites.
Editor’s notes: The Office Providers made the introduction between Entrepreneur First and Regus in December 2011.
In 2014, Entrepreneur First produced a company called HubbleHQ, a flexible office space broker. HubbleHQ went on to create its ‘Hubble Pass’ product, which allows its clients to utilise on-demand, part-time office space in properties operated by a wide range of providers, such as Regus.
