How can you help me?

We can take care of the entire office space search process for you from your initial office search to the signing of contract and moving in. As part of our professional service we will:

Once I receive my Free office space availability report then what?

You will receive a detailed office space availability report with details of all of the offices you have selected. You will also receive the contact details of your dedicated consultant with whom you can discuss your office space requirements in detail.

The consultant can then recommend a shortlist of offices and arrange viewings if you wish, and provide any further advice that you may require.

How much does your service cost?

This is a completely FREE service. We act as brokers between you and the business centre/serviced offices owners/landlords (also known as office providers). Our objective is to find you the perfect office solution. If a deal is done and you move in, we receive commission from the office providers at a fixed rate – NOTHING is passed onto you.

Do you advise on different buildings and locations suitable for us?

Yes, we are a free and independent service providing you with access to over 30,000 individual offices space solutions worldwide. So you can be assured that you have access to information on every office available to you.

What kind of office space do you advertise?

We work with practically every office provider in every location worldwide, so we provide details of serviced offices, managed offices, flexible office space, business centres, executive office suites, virtual offices and meeting rooms in every location. What’s included in the serviced offices prices?

Usually the serviced office price will be inclusive of rent, business rates, service charge (building maintenance), furniture, electricity, heating/air conditioning, use of telephone system (and call answering/message taking). Some operators charge on a per room or price per square foot basis. Normally there is access to facilities such as shared toilets, kitchens etc. and the usually the ability to hire meeting rooms.
