See examples of Offices to Rent in Kuwait City
An open day and press conference event saw the Al Mazaya Holding company that owns the site show off some of its latest offices and emphasise their availability for rent. The offices being unveiled for the first time covered an entire floor at what is one of the tallest and most recognisable new buildings in central Kuwait City.
“We are delighted to introduce this splendid floor dedicated to office rentals, which boasts the latest designs as well as state-of-the-art technical and technological innovations, to the market,” said Dalal Al-Nafisi, property assistant director at Al Mazaya Holdings. “Created in co-operation with a number of specialists, such an exceptional offering is rare in the office space industry in the State of Kuwait.”
The offices being made available cover just short of 4,000 sq ft and are described as among the most prestigious and best-equipped at the site. There are 28 floors of rentable office space within Tower 2 of the Al Mazaya complex and a corresponding amount in Tower 1.
Al Mazaya has been keen to emphasise its capacity to refit and finish offices according to the specifications and requirements of businesses worldwide, whether in Kuwait, the Middle East, or elsewhere.
In other Middle East office news, Dunkin’ Brands, the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Roberts, recently committed to occupying a new space within the enormous Jumeirah Lakes Towers free zone complex in Dubai. The offices will act as headquarters for the company’s operations across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
Editor’s notes: As of August 2024, three buildings had been completed at the Al Mazaya Towers development: Tower 1, which is 26 floors tall; Tower 2, which is 29 floors tall; and Tower 3, which is 26 floors tall.
