The operator of a recently developed business park located just south of the French capital city of Paris has welcomed a new tenant to its office space.
Graniou IDF, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group, which is among France’s largest telecoms network design businesses, has signed up to occupy just under 5,500 sqft of office space at the Air Park Paris-Sud Business Park in Wissous.
The deal brings the business park to full capacity, with Graniou becoming the 14th employer to move its staff to the site, which is comprised of two newly-developed buildings referred to respectively as Le Cormoran and Le Pelican.
The purpose-built office space park sits 12 kilometres south of Paris, has good links to nearby motorways and is just a few minutes drive from Paris-Orly Airport. As well as Parisian office space to rent, the park incorporates a day care centre capable of housing up to 20 children each day in support of employees based at the site.
“We’re delighted to welcome our latest customer Graniou to Air Park Paris-Sud,” said Jean-Francois Mounic, regional director for southern Europe at Goodman’s, the property group that owns the business park.
“The success of Air Park Paris-Sud reflects our customers’ appetite for newly-built, high-quality buildings,” he added.
Goodman’s operates a separate office space development similar to the Air Park in another area of the Paris region and also in Marseille, in the far south of France. The business has close to 400 properties under management in total worldwide, primarily across continental Europe, in the UK and in the Asia Pacific region.
