According to the Palm Beach Post, Woods’ company ETW has leased a building with 10,000 square feet of office space. According to a brochure the space was renting for USD 24.50 per square foot.
Woods’ new Mediterranean-influenced two-story office space features an imposing corner office with a balcony, a private restroom and shower, French doors, wood-panelled offices and hallways flanked by white columns.
The paper also reported that the building was formerly let by golf legend Greg Norman.
It was also reported that the office would be up and running by October. Formerly most of Woods’ business dealings had been run out of an office in Orlando.
Woods has been seen in numerous places around Jupiter of late and reportedly already owns a USD 54.5 million beachfront mansion set on 12 acres on Jupiter Island.
Formerly the number one-ranked golfer in the world, Woods recently fell to 36 in the updated world rankings.
The former superstar’s performance has plummeted following revelations of numerous affairs and a rancorous separation from his wife, former bikini model Ellen Nordegren.
Woods also recently fired longtime caddy, Steve Williams.
“I haven’t decided on a new caddie yet, but am definitely thinking about it a lot. There’s a few guys I’m looking at, but it all depends on timing. At this point, I’m in no hurry to make a decision”, he said recently.
“Hopefully I’ll get picked for the Presidents Cup team. I’ve had some conversations with US captain Fred Couples and we’ll see how it goes. Of course, I want to be on the team. It’s always fun to play for your country. I might add another PGA Tour event to my schedule. Right now, I’m looking at my options.”
Editor’s notes: In the first quarter of 2023, West Palm Beach had the lowest office space vacancy rate in the U.S. at 10.3%.
Tiger Wood’s company ETW corp leased office space at 145 Soundings Avenue in Jupiter, however, was no longer listed as an occupier in July 2023.
