Commercial property experts Drivers Jonas Deloitte acted on behalf of the company, which is said to have outgrown its previous operating base following a process of ongoing expansion over the course of the past few years.
Triogen is part of the French multinational Degrémont, and the firm now has a new area of warehousing and office space that covers a total of 16,488 square feet, having been based at their old premises for close to 18 years.
“Triogen’s business is going from strength to strength, and their existing premises were no longer functional for them,” explained a Drivers Jonas Deloitte spokesperson.
“The unit they have taken at Langlands Place will let them expand their business, and it has the right balance of office and warehouse accommodation situated in an attractive business park-style setting.”
A number of other businesses have moved their operations to Langlands Place over the past nine months or so, and representatives of the business park are said to be very pleased with the progress they’ve made recently.
Last month, Drivers Jonas Deloitte announced that it had done deals to rent out 28,000 square feet of central London office space that had until recently been its worldwide headquarters.
Editor’s notes: In 2023, Triogen remained in occupation at Langlands Place in the G75 postcode district of Glasgow.
The company, which was established in 2001, is a leading Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) manufacturer and supplier that continues to assist its clients with converting heat from their business processes into green energy.
Research in June 2026 found that Triogen remained in occupation at Langlands Place at the Kelvin South Business Park in East Kilbride.
It was also discovered that Triogen was acquired from Degrémont by BIO-UV Group in September 2019.
In January 2026, BIO-UV Group had announced a number of senior appointments, including appointing Jean-Philippe Picard de Muller as Deputy General Manager of BIO-UV Group and promoting Steven Brady to Managing Director of Triogen.
