One Liberty Lane is located north of Boston (about 40 miles) and east of Manchester, New Hampshire (about 35 miles). We are located directly off of Interstate I-95 and we’re a short drive to the town centers of Portsmouth, Exeter and Hampton, and the Atlantic coastline.
The Executive Center in Hampton boasts 110,000 sq ft of space broken down into 50 Executive office suites, 4 traditional boardroom conference rooms, Beautiful Grand Colonial Lobby reception area, a Private Dining Conference room, and a full Gourmet restaurant style kitchen, a wonderful 17th century style Break room/lunchroom Tavern, a fully equipped high-tech Conference room that will hold over 100 delegates, a fabulous banquet / ballroom that will hold over 150 people dining and 250 standing, a Veranda / Sunroom in a natural setting with beautiful views, underground parking and a gym onsite.
The ‘One Liberty Lane’ mission is to take care of the day-to-day facility needs so that the tenants and event clients can focus on nurturing and building their business to the highest potential.
Four options are available for of use for the space:
Complete executive office suite packages with price ranges and sizes to fit most budgets. Each suite includes a state of the art Voice over IP phone with a full feature set, high speed Internet Connection, cleaning, utilities, use of all common areas and each suite is furnished. The furnishings include office chair, desk, bookcase, credenza, lamp and trash can.
The center can also accommodate the small to midsize commercial client looking to seat from 1 to 100 people. The building is design with lots of flexibility for growth and movement within.
The Third option is a corporate identity/virtual office program offering 10 per month of Conference room use with a mailing address and name on the corporate directory. Great option for new companies expanding to the area or small entrepreneurial companies that do not want to meet clients at home or an offsite retail location.
The Fourth of options is for your meeting, conference and event needs. From the fully-equipped high tech Conference room with all of the audio visual equipment you could possibly need included to our wonderful Banquet hall for your corporate dinner.
