The various workspaces are available on flexible contracts with all-inclusive pricing so the rent covers business rates, service charge, utilities, basic furniture, reception services with delivery and postal services, high-speed WiFi and internet, and tenants enjoy access to shared kitchens, the services of a Community Manager, and unlimited use of meeting rooms.
The flexible licences do not require long-term commitments and just one month’s notice is required on private office suites and fixed desk memberships.
Private serviced office spaces are available in a range of suite sizes suitable for between 6 desks and 100 desks.

Founded in 2010, 3Space is a not-for-profit urban agency that breathes new life into empty properties and creates opportunities for communities.
Working with commercial real estate companies and Government bodies, it helps to convert underused properties into meanwhile spaces and interim temporary workspaces that are used by a wide range of individuals, businesses and organisations.
Recognising commercial properties as valuable tools for urban regeneration and community engagement, it gives them new purpose and makes them work for local communities.
3Space is a full-service space operator that manages the space on behalf of purchasers.
The company’s ‘BuyGiveWork’ initiative is a model whereby an organisation buys the commercial property and 3Space manages the space and gives free workspace away to local non-profits and experimental projects, resulting in a better workspace – a productive working environment that is representative of the area and that fosters new types of uses and technologies.
3Space has operated over 45 buildings that are owned by local government, central government and other well-known office landlords, and is looking for new offices on which to apply its proven model.
