This site is owned and operated by The Office Provider (TOPS) Ltd. References below to “TOPS”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” are to The Office Providers (TOPS) Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Copyright Notice and Disclaimer incorporated herein below and which also apply to your use of the TOPS website.

We offer a FREE service to tenants and occupiers. We are remunerated by way of a referral fee by the landlords and providers advertising their properties on our site. 

2. No Contract
Please note that no part of the content of the TOPS website apart from these Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer and the Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy, constitute any part of an invitation to treat, offer or contract.

3. Links
Within the TOPS website, there may be links or references to third-party websites or materials. TOPS is not responsible for these third-party sites or their content and TOP will not be in any way responsible for any transaction entered into by you concerning goods or services available from such third-party websites.

5. Enforceability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions (including for the avoidance of doubt the Copyright Notice and Disclaimer) is found by any Court, Tribunal, Administrative body or authority of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms & Conditions and shall be ineffective without, as far as is possible, modifying any other clause of part of these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect any other provision of these Terms & Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by TOPS to exercise any right, power or remedy will operate as a waiver of it nor will any partial exercise prevent any further exercise of the same, or of some other right, power or remedy.

7. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, the Copyright Notice and the Disclaimer shall be governed by English law. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

All Website design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this website are copyright TOPS and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use of materials on this website – including reproduction for purposes, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of TOPS is strictly prohibited.

TOPS give notice that the particulars/information contained herein and on this website are provided by the office space and workspace providers/business centre operators (and displayed on their behalf) and are intended as a general outline for guidance only and do not form, or form any part of, any offer or contract. They are intended to give a fair description of the properties and whilst every effort has been made to ensure their accuracy this cannot be guaranteed and TOPS are therefore not responsible for the validity of the details relating to the offices shown. Intending potential tenants/licensees should not rely on them as statements or representations of facts and prior to entering into any agreement, we recommend that intending potential tenants/licensees satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise. TOPS, nor any of their employees has any authority to make or give further representations or warranty whatsoever in relation to these properties. All prices and rents quoted are net of VAT or local taxes.

11. App promotion December 2018

On December 4th 2018 we launched an app that allows users to make flexible workspace enquiries direct off their smartphone home screen. We ran an incentive scheme whereby if a user shares the app with another user who subsequently takes office/workspace, they both receive an Amazon voucher equivalent to 100 GBP (in their preferred currency).

This is conditional on the user taking space that comprises of a minimum of 2 desks in any location globally. The user will have committed to taking the space for a minimum contract of 12 months.

The users will both receive the vouchers once we have received an introductory fee from the office/workspace provider. Depending of the nature of the deal signed, payment times from office/workspace providers can vary. In many cases, it can be within 30 days of signing.

We will contact both parties to ascertain the preferred currency of voucher and the delivery details (email or physical).
