Mosaic offers a range of affordable workspaces and office spaces in Lincoln city centre,
Private office memberships provide 24/7 access to lockable office suites on flexible licences.
The office rental fees are all-inclusive, covering cleaning, high-speed internet, maintenance, utilities, and other overheads typically associated with renting an office in Lincoln under conventional lease terms.
Office occupiers also enjoy access to a range of other workspaces, including breakout areas, private booths, and the coworking lounge, as well as the building’s amenities, such as shower facilities and bike storage.
Mosaic also offers a Dedicated Desk Rental coworking membership. Members enjoy 24/7 access and have lockers to store valuables overnight. The permanently reserved desks are workstations that members can call their own and are connected to superfast internet.
Members also enjoy access to the building’s many amenities, including the break-out areas and private booths for mobile or Zoom calls.
Mosaic’s Lounge is the Hot Desk coworking space – the most flexible and affordable desk-space membership option, while members still enjoy access to phone booths and support from the on-site team.
All membership options grant access to the wide range of social and professional community events at Mosaic.
A choice of meeting spaces is also available for hire at Mosaic – these will accommodate between 6 and 10 people. These can be hired by the half-day or full-day, and a range of catering services are available.

Mosaic is a workspace solution for digital and tech companies in Lincoln city centre.
Designed to foster development, collaboration and innovation, the space spans two floors and offers a range of office space and workspace options for businesses of all sizes.
Mosaic also runs a full calendar of events at the property that members are welcome to attend. The venue is also used by high-profile organisations such as the BBC and TEDx for running events.
