Tenants can also decorate and paint their own private offices.

All occupiers enjoy access to all IncuHive events and business support services.

The desk space rental options include leased line internet and all other bills. Deskers have 24 access via a smart card and they also enjoy access to all IncuHive events.

The dedicated desk space options require no deposit and are available on monthly membership contracts.

Desk space membership includes post box rental services for registered office use, and all desks include 13amp power sockets, which are desk-mounted.

The desks are equipped with a single dedicated 100mbit Ethernet connection and a chair, but members are welcome to bring their own.

Each designated desk includes drawers and a cupboard, and members are more than welcome to set up a desktop computer, printer, and other devices and leave them in place.

IncuHive also offers a range of ad hoc desk space options, essentially hot desks or floating desks in a shared workspace environment within a buzzing startup community.

IncuHive is also a virtual office space provider that offers a range of services, including post boxes, registered office addresses, and basic administration services. Virtual office service users will also have access to the post 24/7 and receive email notifications of post and parcel deliveries.

Virtual office clients also have full access to IncuHive events and support resources.

IncuHive also provides a range of meeting room options, from small interview rooms to large classroom-style conference spaces suitable for between 2 and 40 people.

Who are IncuHive?

Established in 2015, IncuHive provides coworking spaces with business incubation services, investment opportunities and collaborative environments across the south of the UK and along the M3 corridor.

The business incubator has created a model whereby it offers office and desk space rental, virtual office services, meeting space, photography studios, lab space, nano breweries, business support events, mentoring, networking, access to investment, and a team of in-house experts including in-house accountants, legal experts and web developers, all under one roof.

IncuHive fosters community in its collaborative spaces and aims to create a dynamic and buzzing entrepreneurial working environment where founders can bounce ideas around, problem-solve and find new clients.

IncuHive operates 10 startup office space properties in the UK, including Andover, Basingstoke, Southampton, Weybridge, and Winchester. It is actively expanding through a franchise model to provide its supported startup coworking spaces in other locations.

Facts about IncuHive

Why choose IncuHive flexible office space?

The IncuHive Group is laser-focused on startups and, therefore, creates some of the best incubation business space solutions in the UK. These solutions combine a wide range of workspace options with mentoring and buzzing communities of fellow entrepreneurs in a friendly yet driven working environment.

The team of mentors offers completely free business support to residents, and if they can’t help directly, they will signpost to those who can.

IncuHive also runs monthly start-up networking events at its properties designed to help build relationships and business synergy across the community. It also offers weekly training seminars covering everything a start-up needs to know to be successful.

IncuHive is plugged into the business ecosystems local to every one of its flexible workspace properties. Partners and sponsors include several UK councils, Enterprise M3, Joomlo Wired, Rapid Switch, and SM Technologies Ltd.

It is aware of all events and business support initiatives local to it and promotes them to residents — whether that be a ‘Meet the Chamber’ event or a new support service delivered by a local council.

IncuHive loves to celebrate the success of its residents, too, and runs a series on its social feeds showcasing its members to the world—whether that be The Praetorian Group or the creator of Podfollow.

It also uses its platforms to promote jobs, volunteering roles and other opportunities that its members may not be aware of.

One key reason businesses choose to become members of IncuHive is that it is not your normal type of start-up office space. It advises that members like to have fun where they work, and their creative space ensures that this happens. Having Friday beers at lunch or seeing someone working on a laptop sitting in their ball pool is not unusual.

It also runs its own investment pitching competition, similar to Dragon’s Den but without the TV cameras. Entrants can pitch to a group of fifteen HNW investors looking to help promising start-ups.
