The flexi office suites are available on short-term lets as well as for longer terms. The plug-and-play office rooms are ready to go, complete with CAT 5 cabling, and are priced on an all-inclusive basis, so the monthly fee includes gas, electricity, water, and rates.

Occupiers enjoy access to well-appointed kitchens and to meeting and conference rooms equipped with multimedia facilities. Printing and copying facilities are also available.

Storage Giant prides itself on providing private and secure serviced offices, and the facilities are protected with PIN code access and biometric fingerprint door locks.
