Wrap offers private offices for rent in Brighton suitable for teams of 3 to 10 people.
The fully serviced offices are available on flexible short-term leases with a minimum term of 6 months.
Private office rental is all-inclusive, covering cleaning, maintenance and utilities, and members enjoy 24/7 access.
Members also enjoy access to a registered business address, printing and scanning facilities, and support from the on-site membership team.
Wrap also offers coworking space options.
There is a range of Hot Desk membership plans available tailored to usage, ranging from ad hoc Day Passes to Unlimited usage plans.
Coworking members enjoy fibre broadband and 24/7 access, as well as many other perks, such as priority access to the nursery and a 20% discount at the café.
Wrap also has 3 meeting rooms available to hire. These will seat 6, 10 and 14 guests and can be hired by the hour or day.
The air-conditioned meeting rooms are equipped with audiovisual technology for presentations and video conferencing as standard, and catering services are available upon request.
Wrap also offers a range of event spaces for hire in Brighton.
These can host between 6 and 100 guests, and the on-site team will help manage the event for hirers.
The roof terrace, complete with a bar, is one of the spaces available for hire, incidentally, and will accommodate up to 30 guests.

About Wrap
Established in 2019, Wrap is Brighton’s first flexible workspace centre to also provide childcare.
Located just a few steps (literally) from Brighton train station, the characterful property is airy and clean, and the large windows and tall ceilings let in heaps of natural light.
Aside from the workspace options, which include coworking desks, private office suites, and meeting rooms, the building also has an artisanal café on site.
Created by parents for parents, state-of-the-art childcare facilities are available for children of 6 months to 5 years and include a baby room and a 2 – 5-year-old room.
The baby room is ideal for babies from 6 months to 2 years – the whole room is a sensory experience, featuring a baby gym, a slide, and sustainable toys.
It also includes a peaceful nap space for little ones to catch some sleep and a breastfeeding chair should members need to pop in for a quick feed! ⠀
For the older children, the nursery is the perfect play space, with a playground and a racetrack.
Whilst not indoors, Wrap’s carers are out and about showing children the sights and sounds of Brighton. They also enjoy a spot of yoga with them, too.
The Wrap childcare facilities are open to the children of Wrap members as well as those of the local Brighton and Hove community.
Childcare is available for half-day or full-day sessions and includes all meals, snacks, nappies, and trips.
Wrap will also work out a tailored package that combines workspace rental with childcare needs, depending on individual requirements.
