The characterful property dates back to 1904 and was the headquarters of the Broadstone Spinning Company. It went on to become the largest mill in Europe and employed millions of people in Reddish and Stockport in the last century.
The mill was extensively renovated in 2001, and the immediate surrounding area was regenerated. In 2008, the overall project was an award winner in the Regeneration and Renewal Awards.
