Offices for rent range in size from approximately 155 to 1,600 square feet, and a selection of shared studio spaces is also available.
Rather than renting office space in Leicester on conventional leasehold terms, the offices are rented on shorter 2-year leases.
Other spaces can be leased on very short one-month terms and let on one-year licences, depending on the bespoke needs of the business and the property in which the space is taken.
Occupiers enjoy 24/7 access to their workspaces and can choose from a range of internet and telephony packages.

In addition to offering a range of office and workspace solutions, the portfolio provides meeting spaces that accommodate up to 40 people and can be hired by businesses for a range of activities.
The hub offers a range of spaces in Leicester’s Creative Quarter and also hosts a wide range of events and exhibitions throughout the year.
