Landmark, also known as Landmark Space, provides private serviced offices, private office floors, day offices, coworking memberships, virtual office packages and meeting rooms in iconic office buildings in London and throughout the UK.
Landmark endeavours to create flexible workspaces with engaging environments which help people achieve their full potential in the workplace, in thriving, well-connected locations.
As you would expect, the company chooses landmark office buildings in which to offer its products and services, such as Chancery Place in Manchester, Grosvenor Street in Mayfair, the Heron Tower and 6 Bevis Marks in Aldgate in the City of London.
These spaces are customisable, too, so clients can add a splash of colour to their space and tweak specifications by soundproofing their meeting rooms, for example.
The flexible workspace provider prides itself on its flexible and tailored approach to clients, where they are valued and continually listened to. And this was recognised through the receipt of the Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) Award for Excellence in Customer Service.
In March 2023, it was announced that Landmark would merge with The Space and the two respective portfolios would run alongside each other whilst maintaining individual brands.
In November 2023, it was announced that Landmark had agreed a deal to lease office space totalling 37,000 square feet at Wogan House in Fitzrovia.
The BBC had occupied the property and was being used by the Radio 2 and 6 teams at the time of the deal. On the exiting of the BBC, the property would be rebranded as 99 Great Portland Street, from Spring 2024.
The flex space company planned to upgrade the space with a revamped reception area, co-working space and meeting rooms as well as incorporating bicycle storage, showers and lockers.
Environmental upgrades would include a minimum EPC B rating refurbishment, as well as secondary glazing and new LED lighting.
Landmark now has a team of 165 people that supports more than 11,500 clients every day.
