Water’s Edge provides office space to rent Camperdown Dock and Victoria Dock at Dundee’s City Quay.
Office space is available on a leasehold basis for teams requiring space for up to 50 desks. Office suites ranging in size from approximately 800 square feet up to 2,000 square feet are also available.
Positioned within an iconic building, each office space has its own unique character and can be configured to tenants’ specifications.
Water’s Edge also provides coworking desks for individuals and small teams at its Flux facility.
The flexible co-working space, rentable by the hour, day, week or month and is equipped with superfast broadband.
Members enjoy 24/7 access and benefit from shower facilities, printing facilities, unlimited tea and coffee and discounted access to AV-equipped meeting rooms.
Water’s Edge offers a suite of seven meeting rooms that can accommodate between 2 and 14 attendees. These can be booked in advance for periods ranging from 15-minute slots to whole days and weeks.

It delivers office space to rent for teams of up to 50 people, 24/7 accessible coworking space, and meeting rooms that can be hired in 15-minute blocks.
Due to its impressive position, Water’s Edge is used as a venue to host high-profile events and one one of Dundee’s largest restaurants and café views overlooking the water is planned to complete the redevelopment.
