Spaces is the coworking arm of International Workplace Group plc (IWG), formerly Regus, which was established in 1989. The larger group has been providing serviced executive suites and other flexible workspace solutions in New York City for over three decades. The Spaces brand has been offering a range of coworking memberships and private offices in amenity-rich, modern flexible workspaces within sought-after buildings since 2021.

Today, Spaces operates 11 coworking spaces in New York City, with 7 in Manhattan, 2 in Brooklyn and 2 in Long Island City.

Spaces offers its flexible workspace solutions on an all-inclusive basis, providing everything you need to work ‘all in one place, on the same bill’.

This means that super-fast WiFi, stylish furniture, utilities, and cleaning are all covered by the monthly fee. Additionally, photocopying, meeting rooms, coffee, and other items are available on a pay-as-you-go basis for ultimate flexibility.

Fully serviced private office suites are available on flexible contracts in a range of sizes, and members enjoy 24/7/365 access to their lockable suites.

Spaces also offers a range of coworking membership plans, which include either a Dedicated Desk or a Hot Desk, and can be purchased for 5, 10, or 30 days per month, or unlimited if preferred.
