Founded in 1989, Regus opened its first office in the USA in 1998. In 2016, the flexible workspace provider opened its tenth location in Austin at Lamar Central – 18,000 square feet of office space, coworking desks, and other flex space solutions at a Class-A, mixed-use development located at 38th Street and North Lamar Boulevard

Lamar Central was representative of the other Regus offices in Austin – the building offered amenities such as garage parking, patios for outdoor dining, and was also a green and sustainable building, featuring car-charging stations and modern end-of-journey amenities, including bike storage, showers, and changing rooms.

A decade after Lamar Central opened, Regus’s Austin portfolio contained 14 buildings of varying sizes and styles, with some offering traditionally corporate style headquarters space, some offering exposed brick and reclaimed wood walls with street art murals, giving the place a creative, contemporary feel, and others offering something in between

All offer ready-to-use, fully equipped private offices for rent, suitable for any team size. They also offer custom offices tailored to bespoke requirements for teams of any size, whether the requirement is for 25 desks, 50 desks, 100 desks, or 500 desks.

On-demand day offices are also available, along with coworking solutions that include dedicated desks and hot desks. Virtual office packages are also available, as are meeting rooms and conference solutions throughout the portfolio.
