As part of the International Workplace Group (IWG), Spaces is the coworking-led arm of the global flexible workspace provider.

Each location offers fully serviced private office suites and coworking membership options, including open coworking and dedicated desk memberships, where members have their own designated and reserved workstation, complete with a locker.

The private office and coworking memberships are offered on all-inclusive agreements with overheads such as utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and furniture covered by the monthly rental fees.

Members also enjoy access to on-demand meeting rooms and a full calendar of networking events.

For remote business owners in Riyadh, Spaces also offers virtual office packages that provide a prestigious business address, mail handling and other services.

Spaces made its debut in Riyadh in 2021 with the opening of Spaces The Front, facilitated through a franchise model and a long-established Middle Eastern partnership.

Described as “young, creative, fun and inspiring”, the first Spaces in Riyadh was established to align with The Saudi Vision 2030 – to diversify the kingdom’s economy, and develop a vibrant society.

The Front is a 15-minute drive from Riyadh Airport and comprises two entities – Shopping Front and Business Front.

Riyadh Shopping Front is a mixed-use lifestyle mall featuring a diverse range of tenants, including Vox Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Urrth Café, and attracts over 10 million visitors annually.

Riyadh Business Front is a gated corporate campus of over 800,000 square feet, occupied by high-profile tenants, including Deloitte, KPMG, Spaces, and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, Monshaat.

Located adjacent to the shopping area, Riyadh Business Front also features a walking promenade and green spaces, as well as state-of-the-art facilities, including a fitness centre, a 4-star hotel, meeting rooms, conference halls, and a nursery.

Since 2021, Spaces has expanded its portfolio to offer flexible workspace solutions from four locations.
