ACOLLECTIVE provides city centre offices for rent in York for small teams.
Office suites for rent range in size from 180 square feet up to 320 square feet and members enjoy 24/7 access 365 days of the year.
These are serviced offices so all bills are included in the monthly rental fee which also covers 100 Mbps fibre broadband, printing, unlimited tea and coffee, and meeting room use.
The meeting room is available to members only and seats 8. It is equipped with sound panels to reduce echo, a TV with Chromecast, HDMI and VGA and a whiteboard.

ACOLLECTIVE is a part of the NODE network which was established in 2016 to bring together artists, designers, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, marketers, writers, bloggers, poets, podcasters, animators, directors, producers, event organisers, students, graduates, professionals, retirees and everyone in between.
The community-led network’s mission is to help creatives at all stages of their career make connections, raise profiles, and discover opportunities in the creative sector.

ACOLLECTIVE offers a friendly and relaxed working environment and members enjoy the support offered by the NODE network.
The offices are located within a beautiful Tudor-style black and white timber-framed building in Pavement in York city centre.
Incidentally, Pavement was so named in 1378 as it was the first walkway to be paved in York out of all its medieval streets.
The offices are within the elegantly converted top floor and can be found by going to the end of the Shambles and looking up!
The offices for rent are flexible in several ways – members are free to customise and decorate their studios, and the contracts are agile as members can cancel at any time with just 90 days’ notice.
