What types of flexible workspace products does Agendis Business Center provide?
Agendis provides fully equipped offices on flexible rental and service periods in Frankfurt and other locations across Germany.
The fully furnished offices are available in a range of sizes from 14 m² up to a whole dedicated office floor.
Offices are plug-and-play and immediately available and the layout of suites is flexible depending on the number of workstations required.
Area sizes from 14 m² up to the closed office floor. 150 fully equipped individual and open-plan offices can be used flexibly depending on the number of workstations required. The use of the high-quality infrastructure of the building, such as the reception area, conference rooms, video conference system, etc. is included.
Offices are equipped with high-speed internet connections via a fibre optic leased line and are CAT 7 cabled. Tenants enjoy the use of fully equipped kitchens and the support of a reception with reception service and secretariat.
Tenants also enjoy the use of air-conditioned meeting and conference rooms for up to 40 people.
These conference rooms and meeting spaces are also available for non-tenants to hire and act as great on-demand workspaces for remote and hybrid working teams, as well as many other uses.
