Its large offices easily accommodate 10 desks and members join a friendly and dynamic community of like-minded individuals and businesses.
The community is set up whereby businesses pay a slightly rental rate and this subsidises the artists who pay a lower more affordable rate.
That being said, the higher office rental rates are highly competitive in London.

Arebyte Studios provides affordable workspaces to over 150 artists, creative businesses and makers at its 3 locations across London.
Occupiers at Arebyte Studios’ portfolio include those working in animation, architecture, digital media, fashion, game development, music, and photography, to name just a few areas.
Arebyte works with councils, developers and private landlords to set up flexible workspaces in disused commercial buildings waiting to be redeveloped, and in new developments as part of a cultural placemaking strategy.
Arebyte offers different rates to commercial for-profit businesses and these subsidise the studios for artists, creating truly affordable art studios in London.

Arebyte Studios is a proud member of London’s Affordable Artists Studio Network (LAASN) and not only provides affordable office space and studio space in London but endeavours to meet the growing demand for immersive experiences and digital content creation and pioneers new forms of engagement with creative technologies, to critically explore the impact of technology in modern society.
It curates a full calendar throughout the year of exhibitions, lectures, panel discussions, and workshops and runs a variety of programmes.
These programmes span AR, motion capture, CGI, AI, blockchain technology, hotel generation, and VR, to name a few examples, and draw tens of thousands of visitors annually.
Arebyte also runs a university residency programme for media course graduates.
