Quite unusually for a serviced office provider, the company offers two forms of flexible serviced office.
The FLEX OFFICE offers a combination of privacy and flexibility, and these are ideal for teams of 2+ members.
The offices are held by way of flexible contracts with minimum terms of just one month, and office rental is all-inclusive.
The RESIDENT OFFICE option is a private office space suitable for teams of 2+ people but with terms starting from 12 months. These are offices that residents can call their own but with the agility afforded by short-term contracts in comparison to office space for rent on leased terms
Both flexible office space options provide lockable office suites that are move-in ready and complete with adjustable furniture, modern décor, and high-speed connectivity. Office occupiers also enjoty24/7 access.
AHQ also offers a range of coworking membership options.
The FLEX DESK membership provides access to shared workspace and bookable HOT DESKS.
Membership provides free Wi-Fi and refreshments, and members enjoy weekday access.
The RESIDENT DESK membership provides a dedicated fixed desk space that is accessible 24/7.
Members enjoy the same benefits as the flex desk plan but also receive printing and meeting room credits.
AHQ also offers premium meeting spaces that can be hired by both members and non-members. Offering refreshments, AV equipment and break-out spaces, meeting rooms will accommodate between 2 and 100 guests.
