Barking Wharf Business Centre was established in 2015 by Borough Junction London which is an urban development company that primarily deals with commercial development assets.

Its mission is to elevate under-utilized or under-invested buildings and sites across multiple property asset sectors.

It uses its extensive skill set and network of highly experienced partners to regenerate London’s intricate urban fabric and modernise its unique history.

Barking Wharf was a scheme that Borough Junction saw great potential in – through several phases, the East London waterside site has been redeveloped to provide several hundred residential units, resident facilities, pedestrian and cycle footbridges, public realm enhancements, car and cycle parking, and commercial office space.

It is within the commercial space of Barking Wharf that the BWBC is located.
