Typical features of a Basepoint managed and serviced office include monthly rolling licences, monthly billing, manned receptions, CCTV security, car parking, personal mailboxes, enterprise-grade broadband, and technical support services.
Basepoint business centres are fitted out with break out areas for informal meetings and meeting other licensees, and there are fully supported meeting rooms available with catering and refreshments, AV equipment, flip charts and wipe boards.
Basepoint offices can be moved into on the same day if required, and just 1 months’ written notice is required to terminate the licence.

Who are Basepoint Business Centres?
Basepoint is a subsidiary of the ACT Foundation and has been active in the property industry since 1988. In 1994, Basepoint developed the concept and opened a ‘Managed Business, Innovation and Enterprises Centre’ in Romsey, Hampshire – believed to be the UK’s first business centre.
Today, Basepoint own or operate 30 business centres in the UK – across East Anglia, Southern England, The Midlands and Wales.
Basepoint provides office space for SMEs and their business centres are home to over 2,000 businesses.
