BizSpace Offices

Within its portfolio of 72 properties, BizSpace operates 59 that provide office space as well as other forms of flexible business space such as studios, coworking spaces and meeting rooms.

The majority of these centres also provide workshops for rent and storage and archiving facilities.

Specialising in providing office space for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises, BizSpace offices require a small deposit and are held on simple, flexible licence agreements.

Office tenants enjoy 24-hour access and the use of break-out areas, communal kitchens, meeting rooms, and storage space for archiving.

All offices have a managed reception, and many sites have dedicated centre managers.
