Offering private workspaces in Belfast in the form of self-contained studios as well as dedicated desks that are designated to a member.
Studio rental is inclusive of utilities, rates, and broadband and no VAT is applicable.
Additionally, private studio renters enjoy free use of meeting rooms, and bright and airy communal areas, and enjoy 24-hour access to the space.
Dedicated Deskspace membership is also all-inclusive covering broadband, utilities, rates, and other usual property-related overheads such as cleaning.

Virtual office services are also available providing a Belfast registered business address as well as mail forwarding services. The pricing is tiered based on the volume of mail handled and to where it will be forwarded to.

About Blick Shared Studios
Blick Shared Studios was established in 2007 by a group of entrepreneurs searching for suitable and affordable creative workspaces in Belfast.
Its first studio was a rented warehouse in Belfast city centre which was its home for 12 months.
Then, in 2008, with the support of Ulster University and Belfast City Council, the collective moved into its first permanent space in South Belfast.
It then focused on becoming independently sustainable by subletting studio spaces to creatives, hiring out event spaces and offering virtual office services and, by the end of 2008, providing workspace to 15 different creative businesses.
Today, Blick Shared Studios runs a portfolio of 3 buildings – in South Belfast, in the Cathedral Quarter and in Cotton Court.
It now provides space for over 70 creative businesses and over 100 creative individuals.

The team also loves to look after the younger crop of creative talent, too and runs a Graduate Residency Programme that offers bespoke business support and free workspace in Belfast.
