What types of flexible workspace products does BTC provide?
Offering 25 fully serviced offices in Telford ranging in size from 140 sqft to 850 sqft so suiting requirements from teams of 2 to 12 people.

Offices are let on flexible licences and the rental fees are inclusive of power, superfast WiFi, reception services, maintenance, cleaning, 24/7 security, and other overheads usually paid separately if renting an office on a leasehold basis.

Established in 2013, the Business and Technology Centre (BTC) is a part of the University of Wolverhampton’s Telford Campus situated directly off the M54 motorway.
Developed to support the creation and development of innovative businesses and new technology in Shropshire and the West Midlands, it provides fully serviced offices, a wide range of amenities and business support from the university.
Fully funded by the university that was founded in 1899, the BTC provides high-quality office space for small and medium enterprises in the form of grow-on space.
