Established CBC is a large business centre set within a converted school in the Financial District of Central Edinburgh.
The Category B listed sandstone building was created in 1887 by Robert Wilson who was architect to the Edinburgh School Board and boasts unique features such as architraved windows, polygonal towers with pilastered and domed cupolas, round-arched doorways with square-columned pedimented door pieces, 15-pane timber sash and case windows, and many others.
However, the flexible property management team took over the building in 1999 and sympathetically and masterfully converted the building to provide modern workspace solutions with state-of-the-art business technologies, on business-friendly future-proof flexible contracts.
