The company offers stylish private offices for rent and flexible desk spaces in design-led workspaces.

It offers these office space and workspace solutions in Reading and Stevenage.

Offices are available on all-inclusive tenancies and flexible terms and occupiers enjoy 24/7  access.

The all-inclusive rent covers super-fast Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, call forwarding and answering, power, utilities, furniture, CCTV security, and all other overheads usually associated with rented office space.

Occupiers also enjoy unlimited tea and coffee.

Tenants are supported by the onsite teams who will handle calls, assist with meeting room bookings and greet clients and visitors.

For those not wishing to rent an office suite but are looking for a designated space to work in a productive work environment there is a Dedicated Desk membership option and for those that are flexible with where they work, there are Hot Desk membership options within shared coworking spaces.

Who are Co-Space?

The concept for Co-Space was developed in 2018 by the two founders who believed that there should be great, easily accessible, people-centric and highly functional workspaces in regional towns and cities close to the M25 but outside of the capital.

As the pandemic hit and lockdowns forced normally office-based workers out of the corporate office environment and into a work-from-home arrangement, it became clear to the founders that hybrid working was the future of work.

They wanted to create an alternative to homeworking – a space to work designed to limit distractions and increase productivity all whilst supporting the environment.

In 2020, the vision came to fruition with the opening of its first flexible office space property in Reading. This was shortly followed by the opening of a flexible office space building in Stevenage.

The founders continue to re-design the way we work through their design-led people-focused workspaces and have ambitions to open many more flexible business space properties following the success of the first two.

Facts about Co-Space

Why choose Co-Space flexible office space?

Co-Space was borne out of a vision to create excellent workspaces in regional UK towns and cities as viable, economical, and sustainable places to work outside of the capital.

The company has created inspiring design-led office spaces and workspaces that induce productivity. And where businesses are supported by welcoming and professional on-site teams and where, as opposed to rented office space on leasehold terms, contracts are flexible and pricing is all-inclusive.

The properties are fitted with a range of break-out spaces and working zones such as meeting booths that are perfect for collaboration or just hiding away and sipping on a coffee.

And whilst all the private serviced office suites have their own heating and cooling controls, tenants can happily work outside if they wish to. The portfolio offers roof terraces with built-in heaters to work from, as well as areas for BBQs, bars and outdoor events.

In fact, socialising is a big part of the Co-Space model and ‘Co-Networking’ events are regularly held. And Monday is pastry day which creates a nice opportunity to catch up with other members as you carb load for the week ahead!

It is for these reasons above and many others that, in 2022, Co-Space won ‘Serviced Business of the Year’ at the biz4biz awards.
