Grow Studios provides desk spaces for hire in mixed-use coworking spaces.
The desks are charged at an all-inclusive monthly fee that includes high-speed internet, heating, storage, and the use of communal space, meeting rooms and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Desk space memberships are available on flexi rolling contracts and members enjoy 15% off food and drink.
Artist Studios are also available to rent. Each studio is approximately 75 sqft and comes with 20 sqft of overhead storage space.
All studios benefit from good natural light and members enjoy 24-hour access as well as high-speed internet and access to communal workspaces and meeting rooms.

Who are Grow Studios?
Founded in 2007, Grow Studios’ first property was created within two previously empty warehouses that backed onto the Lea Navigation Canal.
The basic premise was to make affordable space for artists and maker friends in which units could be customised to meet their needs.
As of 2024, Grow Studios has welcomed 300 visual and street artists, architects, photographers, filmmakers, 2D modellers, clothing designers and makers, set designer makers, music producers, and many others within its studios, and continues to welcome new community members.
Grow Studios’ second property was Alice Billings House which is one of Newham’s most historic buildings located on Stratford’s High Street.
The unique and beautiful Grade II listed building was built in 1906 as firefighter accommodation for the West Ham Fire Brigade and made a perfect space to repurpose into studios, artist booths and co-working desk spaces.
Grow Studios provides more than just inspiring, fit-for-purpose workspaces for creatives but also membership within a rewarding community.
The community stretches beyond the walls of the creative workspaces, too – Grow Studios has been entrusted to work with the Creative Land Trust and Newham London to provide studio space and outreach and engagement at its Stratford workspace in Alice Billings House.
Grow Studios is also a founding member of the Hackney Wick & Fish Island Community Development Trust.
It also supports artisanal creators and stocks produce from small batch suppliers such as That Green Life Gut-Friendly Ginger Beer, as an example.
As well as the creative studios, artistic booths and co-working desk spaces for hire, Grow Studios also offers an acoustically treated post-production studio perfect for producers, DJs or musicians.
Amenities and facilities at Grow Studios include showers and bike racks, and members enjoy a range of food and drink discounts.
Grow Studios is also committed to sustainability and ethical practices and has signed up to be a green electricity supplier and is committed to using ecological cleaning products and independent local suppliers, wherever possible.
As an employer, Grow Studios is also committed to paying London Living Wage to its tea members.
