Creative Works offers private office spaces in Walthamstow as well as a range of other flexible workspace options.
The private office suites have their own front door and key and tenants enjoy 24/7 access as well as printing facilities, reduced rates on meeting room hire and free tea, coffee and all-day breakfast.
Creative Works also offers Flexible Office Bays which are a coworking-office hybrid. With these, members can create a cluster of desks and add some privacy with movable partitions.
Members who rent office bays enjoy the same benefits as those who rent private offices.
There is also a range of coworking desk space membership options available at Creative Works.
The Dedicated Desks are dedicated to a member and these are partitioned for additional privacy.
The membership also offers under-desk storage and business mail handling services.
Creative Works also offers a Hot Desking membership that allows members to rock up whenever they fancy, pick a desk and get to work within the community.

Who are Creative Works?
Established in 1999, Creative Works is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that provides training and opportunities to individuals within the creative industries as well as a range of flexible business space options in Walthamstow.
Since its launch, Creative Works has welcomed over 10,000 young people on its creative and media courses, and 83% of its apprentices have gone on to work in the creative industries.
Its workspace is fully refurbished and a vibrant, inspirational and affordable space for creative entrepreneurs and SMEs in the heart of the Walthamstow E17 regeneration area just a minute from Blackhorse Road station.
Creative Works’ tagline is ‘A Space for Work and Life’ and its purpose is to provide a home to businesses and help them grow, expand their horizons, and make its members’ lives better.
It is now home to 100 creative tenants and SMEs that have formed a creative community of like-minded innovators, freelancers, start-ups and cutting-edge digital and marketing agencies.
Community is at the heart of everything that Creative Works does and, as well as being a CIC, it loves to celebrate the successes of its community members on its various channels.
As well as its various training programmes and courses, Creative Works offers a range of flexible office and business space solutions to suit businesses of all sizes no matter where they are on their journeys.
As well as private offices and coworking space options, it also offers its rather unique office bays which can be tailored to fit differently-sized teams.
Creative Works also offers space to have a team meeting or other forms of events.
The space will accommodate up to 20 people in various settings and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector and a drawing wall.
Complimentary tea, coffee, still water, biscuits and fruits are included in the meeting room hire cost.
Members enjoy free coffee and goodies from the breakfast bar and a community breakfast is held every Thursday.
