The Culham Science Centre is located in Abingdon in Oxfordshire, south of Oxford.

The science park is built upon the site of the old Royal Naval Air Station HMS Hornbill which was operational as part of the Fleet Air Arm between 1944 and 1953.

The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority identified the location in the late 1950s as a suitable site for the construction of a brand new purpose-built laboratory for plasma physics and fusion research.

Today, Culham Science Centre, through a combination of public funding and private commerce, is a powerhouse of high-technology innovation and enterprise in South Oxfordshire.

As well as technical space, the Culham Science Centre offers office space for lease on conventional terms. The office spaces range in size from approximately 140 sqft to approximately 700 sqft so are suitable for teams requiring space for between 2 and 10 people.
