Who are DIG Space?

DIG Space is a flex space brand that is operated by The BA Partnership.

The BA Partnership works with office landlords and building owners to create flexible non-leased solutions in properties that otherwise would only offer traditionally leased office space for rent.

Offering a range of strategic solutions to landlords that wish to offer flexible space, the operator lease office space specific to their occupier client requirements and allow them to occupy under licence agreement for a shorter term.

This managed office space strategy offers a bespoke workspace solution where clients benefit from fully serviced options but in spaces typically reserved for conventional managed options.

The unbranded managed office solution allows an occupier to brand an office and fit it out as they wish, whilst having the property and facilities management outsourced.

The partnership offers creative deals to efficiently mobilise a flexible solution for the tenant and will work with buildings of all sizes in all locations to find the perfect solution for all parties.

The DIG Space concept offers private offices and open-plan coworking desk spaces as well as access to meeting rooms and event spaces. It also offers a rather unique grassed roof terrace with a large gazebo that provides quite a special place for outside coworking with great views of London.
