Divisible Space Managed Offices and Workspace

What type of flexible workspace products do Divisible Space provide?

Divisible Space provides flexible managed workspaces that are tailored to an occupier’s brand and design requirements.

Creating a blend of private leased office spaces and fully serviced offices, the ‘plug and play’ managed office solution offers a tailored workspace without large up-front Capex costs, long-term lease commitments or the onerous property management obligations of an office lease.

Divisible Space, in consultation with the occupier, design and fit-out the perfectly sized office space and look after the day-to-day operations, facilities management and property management via an all-inclusive monthly fee.

Their flexible managed office building on Furnival Street in Holborn in London’s Midtown legal district has suites that provide business accommodation for between 20 and 50 desks as well as some smaller office suites and some larger suites, too.

The self-contained managed offices have their own entrances and occupiers enjoy 24/7 access via secure card access.

Divisible Space manages the cleaning, maintenance and daily operations and offers additional perks such as providing 140 hours of free board room access per year.

Meeting rooms and board rooms can also be included within an occupier’s uniquely designed suites, and they can also be included later on during the term if desired.

Occupiers have the freedom to furnish and brand as they wish and also have a dedicated kitchen and breakout spaces.

The IT network can also be dedicated to an individual occupier, too.

Although this is a self-contained office space solution on flexible terms, there is also an on-site team manning reception and ready to provide assistance, if required too.

And, although this is a bespoke office solution, Divisible Space offers office lease periods as short as 6 months. If an occupier wishes to stay longer, it offers a fixed office rental pricing model over a two- or three-year term, with a rolling break clause after the eighth month, providing a truly agile office space solution.

Divisible Space’s managed office building also provides a floor of communal space available for extra breakout space, hot-desking or exclusive use for board meetings, training and corporate events.

Who are Divisible Space?

With combined experience in commercial property management, the provision of serviced offices and office space brokerage, of over three decades, the founders created Divisible Space in 2019 with a mission to give businesses control of their workspace.

Divisible Space has created a flexible workplace product that combines the individuality and privacy of traditional office space to rent with the convenience, ready-to-go and all-inclusive pricing nature of serviced office space to create a managed office space solution on flexible terms.

Divisible Space’s workspaces are designed and fitted out to the occupiers’ bespoke requirements – the tailored office space solutions are fully branded and are exclusively created for the occupier.

The facilities management and commercial property management is effectively outsourced to Divisible Space via an all-inclusive monthly managed office fee.

Facts about Divisible Space

Why choose Divisible Space flexible workspace?

Although predominantly satisfying requirements for office space for 20 to 50 employees, the company will also work to provide a bespoke flexible office space solution for occupiers with requirements of less than 20 desks or, indeed, more than 50 desks.

Working with occupiers from a range of sectors with varying desires whether that be a business centre occupier seeking a vehicle with which it has more control over their occupational arrangements or companies that rent office space and would like to downsize but still maintain a good level of autonomy without entering into a new office lease.

One of the best ways of understanding why businesses choose Divisible Space is to read the testimonials of incumbent managed office occupiers – some of those can be seen below,

“The landlords are very friendly and approachable.”

“We knew that this was going to be a great space for us.”

“The entire experience (from our first meeting, to designing the office, to requesting highly customised trading desks, and ultimately turning vision into reality) was extremely bespoke and personalised every step of the way.”

With over 30 years of experience in the flexible office space industry, the founders understand some of the limitations of serviced offices and conventional office space to rent for some occupiers, and so have sought to create the perfect solution that blends the best elements of the two formats of office – a bespoke workspace with its own front door, its own kitchen, and even its own IT network – a unique blend of flexibility and privacy with the opportunity to design and brand as the occupier wishes.

And finally, a key reason that occupiers choose Divisible Space is due to the fact that the company truly embodies its core values, and these are:
