Duke Studios opened its doors in 2012 and is described as more than a creative workplace in Leeds.

It is a collaborative community of creative entrepreneurs that put people before businesses and is now home to over 65 businesses.

The multidisciplinary creative space is home to architects, designers, filmmakers, SEO consultants, tech start-ups, and videographers, to name just a few examples.

The property offers coworking spaces, dedicated desk space rentals, studios for rent, event space and an outdoor terrace aka ‘The Yarden’.

The property is also home to the workspace operator’s Sheaf Street Cafeteria which is open 7 days a week.
