Termed Grow-On Space, the commercial property provides managed office spaces for small to medium-sized businesses on the Telford campus setting.
The rental fee for these offices is inclusive of superfast broadband, power, heating, reception services, property maintenance, cleaning and site-wide security.

The EIC also offers an incubator for micro businesses. Offering 36 incubation office spaces each measuring 215 sqft and equipped with 3 desks and chairs, pedestal draw units and 2 filing cabinets. Each suite is equipped with broadband and 1 IP telephone handset with a direct dial number. This is effectively serviced office space so there is a lot more covered by an all-inclusive rent.
For those not wishing to rent office space but would like to work within the vibrant building, there is a Hot Desking facility called The Launchpad within the property.

Established in 2006, the e-Innovation Centre (EIC) was developed as part of a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and the University of Wolverhampton to support the creation and development of innovative businesses and technology.
The state-of-the-art business centre was voted ‘Best Designed Place’ by the Building Design Partnership, in the year that it opened its doors, for its architectural ambition, design, vision and innovation.
