East Belfast Enterprise provides a wide range of business workspace options out of The Foundry.
The Foundry offers hot desks and bench desking, as well as a range of small offices for rent, starting at 100 square feet and suitable for between 1 and 3 desks.
The fully furnished and serviced office suites offer all of the benefits of the community but with a door.
So private office renters enjoy access to breakout areas, meeting rooms, kitchen and reception services, but with additional privacy.
Those renting private office spaces enjoy 24/7 access, preferential rates for conference room hire, and free tea and coffee.
The Foundry also offers Hot Desk membership packages, both part-time and full-time.
All memberships provide 24-hour access, 365 days a year and are offered on flexible, month-by-month agreements.
Coworking day passes and pay-by-the-hour desks are also available.
Additional benefits offered in certain packages include a registered business address in Belfast, meeting room credits and free entry to on-site business events including seminars and training.
A range of virtual office service packages is also available offering a registered business mailing address, mail and call handling services, and preferential meeting room hire rates.

About East Belfast Enterprise
East Belfast Enterprise (EBE) was established in 1995 and is an entrepreneurial hub for freelancers, start-ups and entrepreneurs.
The charity provides mentoring and business support for businesses as well as hot desking and office space on flexible contracts.
Run by a board of volunteer directors from a broad range of disciplines including accountancy, business strategy, HR, operations and property, to name just a few.
The organisation is a member of Enterprise Northern Ireland, the association of enterprise agencies in Northern Ireland that aims to improve the provision of support for start-up and established micro businesses.
EBE offers hot desks and office accommodation at The Foundry on Newtownards Road.
As well as providing flexible business space options, EBE is proud to support hundreds of individuals and businesses through entrepreneurship training, mentoring and ongoing advice annually.
