The building is situated right next to Eschborn South train station and the flex space solutions are found on the 20th, 21st and 22nd floors providing breathtaking views.
Over the three floors, the space offers a choice of 50 private office spaces to rent in various sizes, and a unique co-working space with a view toward Frankfurt Airport.
The space also offers a total of seven conference rooms, meeting rooms, and seminar rooms with capacities for between 2 and 55 people, as well as two lounges, one of which is equipped with a phone cabin.
