Established in 1990, Elevated NY is part of Edison Properties, a New York real estate company founded in 1956.
Today, the operator offers premium offices at the Hippodrome in Midtown Manhattan – a building owned and managed by Edison Properties since 1978.
The building was home to an iconic theater until it closed in 1939 and is now a completely modernized Class A building with three floors of office spaces and suites.
