Who are Contingent Works?

Founded in 2018, Contingent Works is described as the first boutique co-working space in Bromley.

Uniquely, the operator has taken ex-retail space on Bromley’s high street and has breathed new life into it with a friendly and exciting community of entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, creatives, remote home workers and professionals seeking a WFH alternative.

The commercial property also features a gallery and event space and offers meeting rooms and hireable podcast studios.

Contingent Works very much believes in the #futureofwork and has created a space that homeworkers as well as startups, SMEs and corporates can use as part of hybrid working models.

The model was very much proven in 2022 during rail strikes where commuters from Bromley, South London and Kent couldn’t get to their offices in London, and so found the perfect space to work for the day at Contingent Works!
