Who are Flour Mill?

Flour Mill was established in 2017 by parent company LibertySpace to provide coworking and serviced office space in Dundee’s city centre within a lovingly restored flour mill.

The property dates from 1820 when it was formerly known as Castle Flour Mills. It stood on the ground where the old medieval Castle of Dundee was built. Robert the Bruce destroyed the castle in 1313.

Originally, the mill was seven stories tall with an attic and was reduced to its current 5-storeys in the later part of the 19th Century. However, it retains its historic charm with exposed brickwork, double-height spaces, mezzanine floors, and ginormous full-height arched windows that flood the space with natural light.

Flour Mill Dundee was created as an exciting and dynamic coworking and serviced office space in DD1, complete with private office spaces, studios, and coworking desks with the intention to provide ‘inspiring spaces for inspirational people’.

Today, the award-winning workspace is a vibrant community of business professionals drawn together by our shared love of work and a desire to be part of something special.
