What types of flexible working space products do Guinness Enterprise Centre – GEC provide?

The GEC provides a combination of office space in Dublin and world-class business support services for entrepreneurs, start-up companies and scale-ups from a wide range of sectors.

The GEC offers private office space in the Liberties as well as shared workspaces, co-working office space, meeting rooms and conference facilities.

The co-working membership provides 10 days of access monthly, a Dublin city centre virtual office address, high-speed internet, provides the benefit of a fully staffed reception with call transfer and post and package handling services, reduced rate meeting room hire and access to networking and social events and business support services.

Its central Dublin shared workspace property also offers a dedicated desk space membership package that provides a designated desk within a shared office that a member can call their own. This membership package provides the same benefits as the co-working package but grants members unlimited access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The GEC also provides private office rooms for rent that can accommodate between 2 and 30 desks.

The hireable meeting rooms and flexible conference spaces are offered with on-site catering, projectors, SmartTouch screens, conferencing and video call facilities, whiteboards and breakout areas.

Businesses and individuals that choose to rent the GEC’s flexible office space in Dublin or desk space, enjoy the following amenities, showers and changing facilities, on-site security and CCTV, daily cleaning services, and access to the restaurant, café and a meditation room.

Members also enjoy exclusive membership benefits and discounted perks at local businesses and venues.

As the flexible workspace is all-inclusive, local property rates and building insurance is included in the monthly rental fee.

Founded in 2000, the GEC offers flexible office space rates with collaboration opportunities and has grown to become regarded as Ireland’s entrepreneurial superhub.

The business and enterprise centre commenced a €10m expansion project in 2019 following the awarding of finance from the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), as well as funding from Enterprise Ireland under the Regional Enterprise Development Fund, a loan guarantee from Dublin City Council, funding from the Guinness Workers Employment Fund via Diageo, funding from Dublin Business Innovation Centre (BIC), and support from the Local Enterprise Office.
