Who are Halkin?
Halkin began life in 2015, founded by a CEO with over 15 years of experience in commercial property.
Their focus is on creating workspaces that are both community-driven and design-led: buildings in central locations that use a combination of attractive design and great technology to deliver a high level of service.
In April 2024, it was announced that Halkin had taken 40,000 square feet of office space in the Invesco Real Estate-owned 107 Cheapside office building which is positioned between Bank and St Paul’s tube stations in the City of London.
