Offering the perfect alternative to working from home by offering friendly workspaces with all of the facilities you would expect from a highly equipped office together with high levels of flexibility, and great coffee (and tea)!

It offers PAYG Hot Desks, Fixed Desks on Contracts, Flexi Desks, Private Offices, Private Phone and Zoom Booths, Chill Out Zones, and Studio Spaces.

The workspaces are equipped with superfast (and stable) internet, ergonomic chairs, print and scan facilities, lockers, and fully equipped meeting rooms seating up to 12 are available to hire by members and non-members, alike.

The Pay-as-you-Go Desks are charged by the hour providing optimal flexibility.

The Flexi Desk options allow members to choose how many days per month they would like to rent a flexible desk for. The daily rate decreases as usage increases.

The Fixed Desk option is a monthly membership that provides a member with their own desk every day and also comes with mail handling, a complimentary locker and other perks.

Rather than a desk, Private Phone Booths can be rented on an hourly basis if desired, too.

HomeWork also offers Small Business Bundles that are perfect for SMEs and hybrid teams. These options offer a blend of fixed desks and flexible desk days – these bundles can be spread over various locations, too.

Private offices for rent are also available within the portfolio suitable for teams of 2, 3 or 4 persons requiring an office suite with privacy.

These options provide the perks of using a co-working space together with the privacy of having their own office space in London.

Facts about HomeWork Workspace

Why choose HomeWork Workspace flex space in London?

The founders have created HomeWork by building upon their combined knowledge of working in the corporate world and their experiences of remote and hybrid working.

Knowing the desire for many to work outside of the home when remote working, yet also armed with the knowledge that many coworking spaces in London require long commutes, they decided to create the perfect alternative to WFH in local areas.

And they also knew what they would want from a remote working base – a friendly and productive vibe, great facilities and excellent coffees and teas!

It is not only about the space, though, they cultivate a vibrant community through a blend of social and business community events such as after-work drinks, wine-tasting nights, networking mornings and business owner masterclasses.

They also love to promote and celebrate the successes of their members’ businesses using its Member Spotlight series on the socials.
