Facts about IDEALondon

Why choose IDEALondon flexible tech startup space?

Established in 2013, IDEALondon has already built up quite a track record – assisting over 70 startups that have raised £340m in funding and have created over 3,000 jobs.

The success of these tech startups that have used IDEALondon’s services isn’t only based on the unique blend of expertise, services and support that the partnership between UCL and Capital Enterprise brings, but also on the fact that their combined platforms massively amplify the global reach of the startups.

IDEALondon’s social media feeds are full of shoutouts for the members – promoting and celebrating their various wins.

And, networking and other events help to increase their reach, too and they have held over 3,000 events since 2013.

These events range from panel discussions with VCs on follow-on funding and funding trends for Seed+ and Series A in the UK, fireside chats with Startupgrind to discuss ‘investing in Web3’, to networking events based on the topic of finding balance as an entrepreneur.

IDEALondon has built up an impressive roster of partners from diverse backgrounds, too, including Barclays, Cisco, DC Thompson and EDF Energy. These partner businesses gain access to the innovation hub, the UCL talent pool and resources, as well as becoming members of the vibrant community.

The workspace is perfectly located for London’s Tech City with great transport links – it is a short walk from Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations and many bus routes serve the area.

There is also a car park in Finsbury Square which is a 2-minute walk away and members can access annual parking memberships if required.
