About Innovation Factory
Established in 2016, Innovation Factory is described as the place where makers of the future come together.
Providing flexible office space, business growth and innovation services as well as conference facilities, the project is part-funded by Belfast City Council, Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland.
As well as supporting job creation and acting as a catalyst to attract development within the wider area and create additional employment for the surrounding communities. Innovation Factory was created as a place where businesses can come together, collaborate, innovate and develop new products, processes and business ideas.
The work hub is filled with design features created in collaboration with fashion designer and entrepreneur Wayne Hemingway MBE, it is lauded as home to Belfast’s hotbed of entrepreneurial talent.
Offering an alternative to renting office space in Belfast city centre, the business park setting offers free car parking as well as a secure gated setting, with dedicated business support services.
