Knowledge Dock provides affordable and high-quality serviced offices and co-working spaces at the Docklands campus of the University of East London within the Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability (RDCS).
The Knowledge Docks Business Centre offers a range of office suites that are available on flexible licence terms with all-inclusive rental fees.
The East London business centre also provides a variety of different-sized conference and meeting rooms available that can be hired on an hourly basis.

However, please note that businesses will have to go through an application process with Knowledge Dock and it does not accept applications from retail or education businesses.
Who are Knowledge Dock Business Centre?
Knowledge Dock is the University of East London (UEL)’s business centre that, as well as offering flexible office space and workspace solutions, facilitates collaboration between business and the university’s students and researchers.
The Knowledge Dock and Innovation Centre is based at The Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability (RDCS) in Beckton in the London Borough of Newham close to London City Airport.
It is described as a hatchery for innovation, skills and enterprise and endeavours to support a more sustainable and resilient future for businesses, students and residents in the Royal Docks and aims to drive engagement between the University, east London and the rest of the world.
Knowledge Dock is an accredited member of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) which is a not-for-profit organisation that serves a pan-European, global community of people that use innovative businesses as a driver for regional economic development.
The Knowledge Dock Business Innovation Centre is currently home to 40 start-ups and SMEs and start-up businesses in the health, professional services, tech and sustainability sectors.
